Up to 44/77 secrets with everything to the east and north left to do, so I shouldn't have missed too many(and I know I didn't skip any, anything I saw I got, besides on chest in the river area that I'm still unsure about but might unlock later on). I believe I'm done with the west side finally, revisited the early zones a bit, for some reason a large amount of garbage mobs spawned all over the place so I've been reclearing them and got a few secrets and stuff I had forgotten about or missed. I found Light quite a bit before I found a good mage shield so np there.
